Gratitium
Gratitium is a covenanted consortium of small teams that finds work together, learns together, and lifts one another's businesses — operated as if joy from Yahuah is the most productive fuel known to creation.
Gratitium is in formation. The consortium is assembling its founding teams; the marketplace and the Academy open to waitlist members first.
Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of Yahuah Elohim in Messiah Yahusha for you.
We have watched good people grind themselves to powder in marketplaces that reward the loudest bid, the lowest price, and the lonely hustle.
We have watched friends with skill, with character, with kingdom-aimed lives, lose work to algorithms that cannot tell a craftsman from a corner-cutter.
We have watched the AI revolution turn into a race that rewards isolation — one person, one terminal, one shrinking margin — when the same tools, used by a covenanted team, multiply value many times over.
We are doing something else.
We believe
Joy is productive.
Not naive cheerfulness — joy: the settled certainty that the work we do matters, that the One we serve is trustworthy, that today's labor is not in vain. Joy makes us faster, kinder, and less afraid.
Teams beat soloists.
Two are better than one. Three is enough to keep one another honest. We will not lionize the lone hustler; we will lift the small team.
Gratitude is strategy.
When members thank one another, refer one another, and rejoice when one wins — the whole consortium compounds. Envy compounds the other direction.
Membership is covenant.
It is not a paywall. It is a mutual agreement to honor a code of conduct, to keep Sabbath margin, to refuse exploitative work, and to show up to Scrum.
The Academy is non-negotiable.
Skill without character is dangerous; character without skill is sentimental. We train both.
Scripture has economic content.
Not as decoration on a business plan, but as load-bearing structure. "Do not defraud the hired worker" (Lev 19:13). "Two are better than one" (Eccl 4:9). "Seek first His kingdom" (Matt 6:33). When a business choice contradicts Scripture, the business choice yields.
AI is a gift to be stewarded, not a god to be worshipped.
We will train our members to wield it with skill and to refuse it where it diminishes humanness.
Small is beautiful and durable.
We have no ambition to become a billion-user platform. We have every ambition to become a thousand thriving teams.

We do not gatekeep on confession. We gatekeep on covenant: members agree to a code of conduct shaped by Scripture whether or not they share the founder's faith. Honest dealing, Sabbath margin, no exploitation — these are blessings to anyone who keeps them.
